The Constitutional Court's decision not to accept the petition of "Thaksin-Pheu Thai" to overthrow the government.

Today (22 November 2014), the Constitutional Court has scheduled a special meeting to discuss the case of Mr. Thirayut Suwannakasorn (petitioner) filing a petition for the Constitutional Court to rule according to Section 49 of the Constitution, claiming that Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra (the first defendant) and the Pheu Thai Party (the second defendant) have jointly committed an act that is an exercise of rights or freedoms to overthrow the democratic regime with the King as head of state, on 6 issues as follows:
